Golden crispy potatoes with juicy tushenka

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Gold Tushenka pork (500g)
  • 600g potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh dill for serving
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into sticks. Pat dry with a towel.
  2. Fry potatoes in oil on high heat until golden, 12-15 minutes.
  3. Push potatoes aside, add Gold Tushenka pork and diced onion.
  4. Fry the meat with onion 3 minutes, then mix with potatoes.
  5. Add garlic and dill, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Tips

The secret to crispy potatoes is dry slices and a hot pan. Don't stir too often. Serve with pickled cucumbers for the perfect combination.
