Ingredients

  • 1 jar Gold Tushenka beef (500g)
  • 400g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Sauté diced onion in a skillet until golden.
  3. Add Gold Tushenka beef, break up with a fork, and fry with onion 3 minutes.
  4. Add pasta to the meat, toss with garlic, and heat through 2 minutes.
  5. Season with pepper, adjust salt, and serve hot.
Tips

For richer flavor, sear the tushenka until slightly crispy before mixing with pasta. Try with different pasta shapes — spaghetti works great too.
