Vegetable Stew with Tushenka

Hearty home-style stew with vegetables and meat

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Gold Tushenka beef (500g)
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 300 ml water
  • Bay leaf, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice all vegetables into medium cubes.
  2. Sauté onion and carrots in a pot for 3 minutes, add Gold Tushenka beef.
  3. Add potatoes, zucchini, tomato paste, and water. Stir well.
  4. Add bay leaf. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf, season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
Tips

Add any seasonal vegetables — cauliflower, peppers, green beans. For a thicker stew, simmer uncovered at the end to reduce the liquid.
